Cancellation Policy

Appointments are scheduled in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers will provide basic contact and vehicle information when booking so we can prepare for their appointment. Our Initial Intake Consultation is completely free and is designed to determine whether Magnolia Auto Works is the right fit for your needs. Paid services must be scheduled in advance and may require payment at the time of booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. A $35 cancellation/no-show fee applies to all paid services, regardless of when the appointment is canceled or missed. Free Initial Intake Consultation: No cancellation or no-show fee Paid service cancellation: $35 Paid service rescheduling: $35 Paid service no-show: $35 Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require payment in full before future appointments can be scheduled. Waitlist Policy If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may request to join our waitlist. When an appointment becomes available, we will contact clients based on service needs and availability. Being added to the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once you accept the available time. Service & Payment Policy Paid services must be paid according to the terms presented at booking. Magnolia Auto Works provides automotive consulting, education, research, and guidance. We do not perform vehicle repairs, guarantee repair outcomes, or guarantee approval of an extended warranty claim. Recommendations are based on the information available to us, including information provided by the customer and vehicle-history information when applicable.
